The Four Seasons

A simple look at spring, summer, autumn and winter.

A1 · For Kids · about 2 min

There are four seasons in a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter.

In spring, flowers grow and the weather gets warmer. Birds sing in the trees.

In summer, the sun is hot and the days are long. Many children swim and play outside.

In autumn, the leaves change color and fall from the trees. The weather becomes cooler.

In winter, it is cold. In some places, snow falls and covers the ground.
