2 If your application is approved, Global Tutor Board will contact you via WhatsApp or email and ask you to send a short 60–90 second introduction video. Speak naturally — introduce yourself, your subject, and your teaching approach.
3 Once your video is approved, Global Tutor Board sends you the listing form and payment details. Payment is only requested at this stage.
4 Your profile is built and goes live on the board within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
5 Students find you, contact you directly, and every cent they pay goes to you. After 3 months, simply renew to stay listed.

When will my profile be live?
Usually within 24–48 hours after we confirm your payment and receive your registration form. You'll be notified via your contact details.
What if I paid but forgot to submit the form?
No problem — just submit the form whenever you're ready. Your payment is saved on our end. If it's been more than 48 hours with no response, reach out via the support link below.
Can I switch from Standard to Featured later?
Yes. Just pay the $15 difference and message support. We'll upgrade your listing within 24 hours.
Can I update my profile after it's live?
Yes. Just message support with the changes — rate updates, new photo, bio edits — and we'll update it promptly.
What happens after 3 months?
Your listing expires and is removed from the board. Simply re-pay your tier fee to renew for another 3 months. We'll remind you before your listing expires.
Is there any commission on lessons I book?
Absolutely none. The listing fee is the only payment to us. Every cent your students pay goes directly to you.
