Overview
Signups — last 30 days
Funnel — last 12 weeks

“S↔T threads” and “Contact shared” count only real student↔tutor conversations — admin support threads are excluded. “Contact shared” is the closest proxy for a lesson actually happening.
Content engagement — games & learning tools
Signed-in users with saved progress per item — a lower bound, since every game and tool works without an account. This shows what people actually return to, not raw traffic, so use it to decide where to add more content next.

/teacher-pass. Card or PayPal buyers pay on Payhip and are not listed here: when Payhip emails you a sale, use “Grant a pass” below with the email they entered. A payment waiting for you shows first. Activate adds 12 months (renewing early adds to what they have left) and emails them.| Account | Pass | Payment sent | Actions |

People who once signed up as tutors and never became paid listings. Each person gets one email with the Teacher Toolkit link and an unsubscribe link. Anyone who unsubscribes, or who has an account now, is skipped automatically. Emails go out one at a time with a pause between, and no more than 100 in 24 hours.

Sends a real, standalone email with your subject and body — the recipient reads it without logging in. Separate from the platform's private-message notifications. Sends are paced one-by-one with a delay, not fired all at once.
Every tutor gets a referral link automatically once approved (see their dashboard). This lists everyone with at least one referral. "Owed" = $2 per paid & approved referral, minus payouts already recorded here — payout itself is still manual (PayPal/Wise), this just tracks it instead of guessing.

Ranked by qualified referrals (signed up + level test + own card, all within the challenge window). Real names/emails here for payout — the public /challenge leaderboard only ever shows first names. Top 3 when the challenge ends: $50 / $30 / $20. Click a row to see exactly who they referred and which steps each person has done.

Leads from the /request form. Review each and assign one tutor — only approved + paid + active tutors can be picked. The platform then opens a Global Tutor Board conversation between that student and tutor; the tutor gets it in their inbox, the student is emailed a link (or you copy one if they gave no email).
Either side of a conversation can report the other — a tutor flagging a fake/scammy student, or a student flagging a tutor. Nothing is hidden automatically; review the thread and act by hand.
